Oily fish are often best stored at -30/40°C and Tuna even colder at -50/60°C. ArcticStores operate as low as -40°C and our Arctic Ultra Freezer is great for storing Tuna down to -60°C.

Low fan speed at chill temperatures reduces dehydration of unprotected fish during storage.

ArcticStores include 4 hermetically sealed drains, one in each corner, in the event you are storing wet fish with ice.
